In order to streamline maintenance requests and better serve you, Clayton Companies utilizes a support ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your maintenance requests.

I tried to rent an apartment from this "Max" that works for your company. Tried call this guy multiple times and left voicemail each time. Send this guy many email that he would return the next day without my questions getting answered. Not once have I even got a call back. Then proceeds to tell me after i put my application in that its been leased. Why did I even give you my information? Do not waste your time with this company. They don't try to help at all. I have all the emails to prove it too.

I have leased from Clayton Companies for over 5 years now. They have been very fair to us. They were willing to work with us through some tough years.
We negotiated our renewal recently. They were very accommodating with some important improvements we needed. The improvements were completed in a timely manner. They also made an A/C duct work change that we requested later without hesitation.
Steve is awesome (I love the new repair ticket system) and Ken is terrific as their maintenance manager.
We have had just a few repairs needed over the years, they have always been very responsive.
