Missed critical and safety items on for the water heater during the home inspection causing the new homeowner to pay to bring these items up to code but documented trivial and minor calk issues in bathroom. Documented complacent comments about the Pressure Regulator Shutoff Valve that was above the max pressure that should had been elevated to a sense of urgency that needed to be addressed. This was an item that is required by Code compliance for water heaters. On the inspection report there is no mention that a PRSOV was not installed in the inspection report, but only the static and what is normal
