Whether that means lowering health risk factors or looking good in jeans, our trainers are here to inspire and motivate you.
Total fitness is accomplished by combining strength training, cardiovascular fitness training and nutrition. Both strength and muscle conditioning are offered through top manufactured equipment such as Body Master, Cybex and Iron Grip strength and weight Plates. The Iron Grip weight plates and dumbbells offer a unique combination of hand grips and urethane coatings to enhance ease of use.

Elite owner and president Tim Whitcomb and his wife, make their home in Amherst, NH and are the proud parents of beautiful twins, Luke and Sophia. When it comes to the health and fitness industry, Tim Whitcomb has been on the leading edge for decades.
Along with Tim's leadership, an Elite team of certified professional personal trainers provide the knowledge, skill, positive reinforcement and accountability to help clients of any age or condition, to meet their fitness goals.Brian has been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. He originally started in the fitness field as an ACE certified personal trainer in 1994.

This place is great! I met the owner on a random Saturday because I wanted to workout but was only in town for a few days as I live out of state. Most places will charge you a month fee even if you only want one day's worth of access. The owner fixed me up with a custom contract and made it work for me. The customer service here is top notch. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Elite is by far one of the best places for fitness. It has a very friendly gym atmosphere where all the trainers are exceptional and will help with any concern regarding your health and nutrition. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging, making you feel like part of a family. Highly recommend for any training goals.

My husband and I purchased an elliptical machine from Elite, and the managers Tim and Brian were incredibly generous with their time and effort--they not only loaded it up for us at the gym, they actually came by our house afterward and helped us get it in and set up (no small feat given our hilly yard).
The gym itself is clean and comfortable, with well-maintained equipment, and the 24-hour access is a great perk, but what I can say for certain is that the management is absolutely top-notch.
