We have been going there for years. Their take out is terrible but usually food is good if u eat there. We sat at the bar. Was there for about 10 or more minutes before Jackie came over. Order sushi and bobo for 2. The bobo for 2 was all cold with the exception of egg roll. Jackie never came over asked how anything was, nore could we get his attention at the other side of the bar. The sushi came out wrong for the pp on the side of and they didn’t have to say a word he told them keep it and I’ll reorder it. We ordered food that was suppose to be hot received it cold. I can’t believe this place has a 4.3 star rating. I went for a birthday dinner with family and friends. The waitress was so rude. We received a really bad service and did not receive one apology. I received my dinner 30 minutes after everyone was done eating theirs.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They have a really poor customer service.

We went to the Milford Mandarin for my sisters birthday. We asked what type of IPAs they had for beer and the waitress said Cold Harbor. We were unsure which Cold Harbor beer it was and she didn't know (stated in a rude manner). She didn't even go check for us. My dad had to go over to the bar and see. He said the bartender didn't know either and was rude.

We got there and we were then maybe 5 minutes and the way the owner came over and tried to hurry us along to order and he walked away with an attitude when we told him that we needed more time because the kitchen was closing at 9:45 on a Saturday night… and we got our food and it was pretty good, but the owner brought a five star review down to a three. This could’ve been five stars.

We've tried a lot of Chinese food, and I think everyone's tastes are just different, but this had the kind of boneless spare ribs I love! We also had mooshi pork, lo mein, and spicy tuna maki. Everything was good. Servers were great. they had a sippy cup with a twisty straw for our 2 year old, who is very picky, and he enjoyed his water and the food. No buffet currently, which isnt a big draw for us anyway

We had dinner there yesterday evening. If you haven't tried it, stop what you are doing and GO THERE!
We had the bobo for two (pu pu platter), the classic pad Thai and the Beijing raviolis (pan fried). Everything was out of this world DELICIOUS (especially the pad Thai)!
The service was a bit slow but I'm not taking away any stars because the food MORE than made up for it!

We've tried this place three times over the past year. Servers were always great and super nice. But the food leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price. There appear to be fresh ingredients in it, so I am not sure why everything is so bland. Tough beef and shrimp, and no rice included with entrees. For $16.50 per plate throw in a cup of rice. I want to love this place, but honestly the cheaper local options are probably the better buy if craving Chinese. Fix it mandarin! I want to love you!!!!

I went to Madarian for lunch with my husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law a couple of times over the past two months. Due to COVID restrictions the restaurant was not very busy with dine in customers. The food however was freshly prepared and delicious. We started with hot and sour soup, egg rolls and boneless spareribs. The egg rolls were crispy and ribs tender. We shared lemon chicken and Kung Pao chicken. Both were tasty. The chicken was moist unlike other oriental restaurants where the chicken is sometimes dry. We'll definitely be back!

If you can avoid ordering here please do! The last time we got from here it was good so I tried to replicate the experience. What a s-show this turned out to be. First I asked for the meal to be delivered at 12:30PM. This was a piddly meal, this was almost $70 dollars of sushi I had ordered. Still it must not have been enough because I had to call them at 12:45PM, 1PM, 1:05PM and still no food. At 1:10PM I called to cancel the order due to being 40 minutes late. Their reasons for being late varies from busy at the bar (hello we are in COVID and bars shouldn't be open) to the restaurant being

Went last Sunday.
Just an unpleasant experiment. Change in managers. Stressful. Won't go back. They won't care. They used to be so pleasant. Had a blond manager. Always very nice. This new male manager is cold, won't answer you, barks - short temperament - at people and is short tempered.
The food is still fairly good. But, even they staff seems off their game.

They used to be better before they remodeled a while back. We literally had our chicken fingers taste raw when we bit into them which is why we stay away from them now.
I do the sushi bc I figure if I'm going to get raw food it better be what I like - i.e. the sushi. The golden dragon is a good choice. Their cocktails are still very good.
I do like their new expansion to the bar area - I just wish their food didn't go downhill.
