I made a reservation for 6 PM on December 15 for 12 people.
The restaurant was elegantly decorated for Christmas which proved to be a wonderful ambience for our group.
Some of us were early but the table was ready ,so we were seated promptly.
Our server Catherine was a delight.
We ordered drinks and appetizers which were delicious. I had a Cape Cod Mule which was cranberry vodka and ginger beer with a slice of fresh Bosc pear as a garnish which was a surprise and yummy.
Everybody ordered different items off of the menu and everything was great. In fact, so good we opted for desserts and coffees

I am often in Franklin visiting my Dad these days, so finding another decent restaurant is exciting. I had a pulled pork sandwich; my sister had the special, which was chicken pot pie. Both of us were satisfied with our meal. The service was terrific, just the right amount of attention. The ambience of the restaurant is comfortable and well-appointed. I'll definitely return.

I've lived in Franklin for about a decade, but this was my first time eating at 3 restaurant. I think it's one of the fancier restaurants in Franklin. The food is a bit pricey, but not crazy pricey. The place seems to be busy most of the time. We went on a Monday evening and it wasn't overcrowded, but there were a lot of guests. The first thing my wife noticed was they didn't serve any fresh bread or any other appetizers before we ordered. We got the Thai chicken skewers as an appetizer, I got the chicken parmesan and she got the Salmon. The appetizer was delicious but very small; about 5 bite

Nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mimosas were delicious. Only issue was all of our food had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for awhile and was not hot. I did notice our waitress was between the front of the restaurant where we were and the outdoor dining in the back of the restaurant. I'm guessing they were short staffed. I've eaten there before and enjoyed it so this experience wouldn't prevent me from revisiting. The brunch menu seemed limited. Cocktails pricey.

Food is not great, is good, but for the prices they charge you expect more substantial and more upscale techniques. Presentations of the food need to be improved. Service is friendly needs more info on the basics of the menu so they're more secure answering costumers questions about menu. Would like to go on detail for my experience, please ask me about it.

I’ve been here a few times. The atmosphere inside is calm with not a lot of lighting and pretty nice. I like coming here when there’s half priced appetizers 1 per person because that’s a decent deal and the food is good. I got mainly seafood last time I was here and it’s ok it’s nothing crazy seafood wise it’s decent. In my most recent meal I had here which was a mix of seafood there was shrimp included that just weren’t good at all or not fresh or something which was kinda odd. But usually the food is great except for that one exception.

From our first contact regarding a bridal shower through the final clean up the staff at 3 was exceptional! We couldn't have had better service!! Emails and phone calls were answered within a day, often within an hour.
The room was well cared for and ready for us when we arrived!
The food was absolutely delicious! Even our request for a vegan meal was easily accommodated! Chicken, beef, pasta, salad...all get 5 star reviews from us!!

I have been coming to this restaurant since before it became 3 Restaurant; which is the third restaurant owned by the same group. It is very nicely appointed inside a decor; the menu is good and has good variety; vegetarian selections; meat, fish, and poultry selections; and some great appetizers.
The restaurant can get quite noisy/loud when full and particularly if there is a large group at one table where they are talking loudly to the rest or others. I've always had a good meal here and the staff is good. Nicole is the server we always try to request but she only works on Wednesdays

Recently visited 3 and dined outside at a bistro table in their beautiful patio space. But that was about all the good they had going for them. There menu is quite frankly lame given the prices and "upscale" branding.
Started off with Buffalo Cauliflower which was very tasty but portion for the cost was a disappointment. I then ordered one of their signature cocktails which stated it was made with Jim beam whiskey. The server asked which type of rum I would like with it. I don't think he understands how the cocktails are made.

Food was great and waitress was pretty attentive, overall a good experience however there were flies inside the restaraunt that wouldn't leave us alone... i know it happens but i feel like a nice restaraunt like this shouldn't have bugs flying around, kind of ruined the ambience but overall i would come back for the food :)
pro tip: i ordered the side of parmesan risotto and asked if the kitchen could add truffle oil. AMAZING!!

The food here was yummy. A large variety of entrees. The prices are $$ - $$$. Great for a date, work meeting or family gathering. It's a darker ambience with nice environment music. We had a party of 10ish and ordered a few appetizers and entrees. The seafood dishes were fresh and yummy, especially the lobster roll. Everything was made with delicious and fresh ingredients. They also have a great and large variety for the wine selection.
