In addition, we also offer a comprehensive Corporate Wellness program for businesses, corporations, civic groups, municipalities and non-profits.

Bella Boot Camp is a H.I.I.T. exercise program which incorporates a diverse combination of various training methods which is the best path to overall fitness. We have combined cardio conditioning exercises, plyometrics, traditional strength & conditioning techniques, endurance training, sports drills and good old fashioned group camaraderie to form the premiere exercise program for any committed individual- regardless of fitness level.
Join team Bella Elite with Chaunda for personalized fitness coaching, nutrition, and daily accountability in a small group setting! You will get everything you need to build the body of your dreams! You will be training with 2-4 other clients while still receiving personal attention. Each of these sessions is designed to suit each individual's personal fitness goals.

The Bella Fitness Group is a life saving service I desperately needed. My lack of energy was overwhelming and it was vital to my existence to interject movement into my daily regiment again. Chaunda’s program focused my direction to include a holistic lifestyle of clean eating, endurance/strength building, muscle memory, weight training and my own accountability. I began my journey with Chaunda during the quarantine, in late May-- it was one of the best decisions I made all year. Chaunda's guidance, and commitment to my health has been life-changing. I feel stronger and as a grad student, gained access to more energy. Though I attend group and boot camp classes virtually, Chaunda and all the instructors maintain a culture and ethic of family. They allow you to take accountability over your growth and rejoice in each moment you push past your comfort zone. I am grateful for this family and look forward to continuing my journey with them!

I have flirted with working out my entire adult life and would only stick with it for a season here and there until I had the pleasure of meeting a real Pro - Chaundra of Bella Fitness. I have been a member of the Bella Fitness Group for 2 years and I love it. My goal was to loose weight, build strength and tone. I have accomplished all of those goals and more. I worked at my own pace at first because it was challenging. Chaunda and her team of coaches along with other class members helped me and encouraged me until I was able to reach my goals. Bella Fitness is amazing, and Chaunda is the most supportive, positive, and encouraging trainer ever. She is able to tailor her training/boot camp sessions to each client's needs and fitness level seamlessly and provides fun and varied workouts each time. I always burn tons of calories and get a full body workout that is EFFECTIVE. She does a great job running her sessions in the virtual environment as well! I highly recommend Bella Fitness.

Bella Fitness Group is one of the best kept secrets for health and fitness in the Atlanta metro area. Chaunda and her team are excellent trainers and motivators. They meet you where you are and also give you the push you need to go further. She personally helped me re-kindle my love of working out and encouraged me on my wellness journey.
