Not if you black and have a lot of kids… Every little sound that comes from my unit and neighbor’s just want to complain because it’s a strong Possibility they just don’t like the fact that we are black, I get a write up and 4 of these, just who getting evicted?, yep my family and I…. Don’t nobody come and ask about the noises, but I have 7 kids, 3… of them work and one of them is only 3 years old, so my house isn’t a amusement park or whatever, but we do play video games as a family, uno cards, Listen to music while we cook together…. Where do I even start. Paint rolling didn't even go all the way down the wall, ceiling was leaking and they never patched the hole it left and left the ceiling unpainted in the kitchen, hallway, and master bedroom from the shoddy drywall patch, ethernet was not wired in for upstairs units just had switch covers over them, AC hardly works for upstairs units, drain stop on both tubs didn't work. I could go on.. they never once serviced anything to actual satisfaction. Then, they had the audacity to not give us our full deposit back, when we left the place looking WAY cleaner than it was when we moved

Actually fix problems when they occur. Multiple times things would break and the would “fix” them only to break again. About a month or so before we left mice were eating through the walls from other apartments and the office stated nothing could be done. This caused us to break our lease because they were horrible conditions! It was a wonderful place to live and the office was great until this situation.
