I lived here for almost 3 years. They switched management/owners on my 3rd year & it got very messy. Starting changing a bunch of stuff, disorganized, overpriced with not updated appliances. I would suggest looking elsewhere. Never had a late fee until the new management & refused to waive it when it was their fault. Moving out tomorrow, can’t wait to not live here :-)

If you would’ve asked me a year ago if I recommended this place I would’ve said yes.. but almost 2 years living here I’m sad to say no.. I went from paying $750 a month to now they’re charging over $1,000 for a simple one bed one bath... I feel so so sad for any long term residents who are now forced to move out due to the major price changes. We are Greenwood not Carmel.
I wish all the families struggling in these neighborhoods with Zidan Managment Group find homes not charging an arm and a leg.

Me and my husband moved in a one bedroom apartment in February of 2020. Our first year was incredible and we simply couldn't stop talking about how comfortable we felt living here. When our plans to buy a home fell through nearing our renewal date, we were confident in living here another year. However, early this year (2021) there has been new management. I absolutely loved my apartment when I moved in April of this year. However, recently new management took over and it has gone downhill quickly. Almost as soon as the takeover commenced, rent was raised, under the guise of adding water and sewer fees to rent. I’ve had a $40+ monthly water bill ever since. I’m not sure how water usage is calculated per apartment, but it seems pretty questionable to me. Additionally, I keep seeing a late fee added to my account. Lived at Barton farms for three years. First two years where awesome! Then I moved into the duplex from my apartment. When we first moved nothing was deep cleaned had mold growing on bathtub and appliances are beaten up and have to be fixed every month. On a hot day the ac will only go down to 78f. I have a baby and that’s not acceptable. Asking them twice to fix and they said it is fine both times. Then they raise the rent on us for next lease and I ask if I could leave a month early without paying anything. And I got a very rude response which wasn’t necessary! New management sucks. Good

I’ve lived here for 2 years. We recently got a new property manager and office staff. They are very rude, don’t return calls, and if they do return calls it’s a week later. I dealt with Heather she was very disrespectful and hung up on me. I hope things get better because I love living here and old staff was AWESOME.
