Unethical fines and fees. They charge all the residents the same price for water utility that you never get to see the bill for. Plus they charge you a utility analysis fee. So basically you are being charged for them to charge you. They have a 25.00 general fee if they think your patio is cluttered, you have broken blinds or you have ugly curtains. No loyalty to tenants even if you pay your rent in a timely manner each month. I gave a verbal that i was not renewing my lease 4 months before my lease was up but because I turned in a written notice 1 day late i was charged a $50 fee they refuse to
