The team spent many hours repairing a difficult to find refrigerant leak. They did not charge me for their extra time. They were responsive, professional and courtesy despite the hot conditions they were working in. They were persistent in locating the issue and fixing it. They could have easily charged me double. It's hard to find contractors that have integrity and the Team from True Patriot has that and then some. It's the way you develop trust which is so important. Thank you Gentlemen! Me and my wife have been in our home for one year. We have records of our services completed before we hired this company to come over for a yearly routine maintenance. This required a filter replacement and compressor coils to be cleaned. I wish I could upload the video and still images of this man(owner of the company) taking the side of my air compressor unit off, pulling the wire out and telling my wife that we need to replace the contactor. Basically in short words. I told him that we are ok for now and if it goes out. I can replace it myself. The guy didn’t know that I am a certified Hvac

My central air began blowing hot air instead of cold air. My home was super hot! I called around to see if someone could come out and check and see what the problem was. It was after 12pm and everywhere I called could only come out the next day. I called True Patriot and they came out within an hour. Kevin was so friendly, courteous and helpful!!!! He had my home cool and comfortable in less than an hour! Thank you all so much for service 😊😊😊

True Patriot was great - from start to finish. They quickly returned my initial call, and were available at the time I was hoping for. The technician arrived early, and was very friendly. The entire time here he was professional, friendly, plus worked efficiently. He even showed up in a mask. My AC had stopped working after trying to install a smart thermostat myself. Upon inspection he needed a part for the AC unit, so he ran to the store and picked one up, returning and installing it in a very timely manner. After it was all done, I was even able to pay electronically. I would recommend this
