I will start by saying that I have never given a written review before. Normally, I will give the business a call to tell them how happy I was with their service. I gave Indoor Experts to do just that and I was compelled to write this review as well. After spending an hour or so reading reviews, I came across this company and every review was 5 stars. I mean every review! I decided to call their number at 10:30 pm to leave a message. i received a return phone call at 9:00 the next morning. But here is the catch, I didn't leave a message. Recently moved into a new home with a 11 year old AC unit and it stopped working. I initially was super stressed but these guys helped me within a couple hours of calling and were extremely pleasant and thorough. (Also the lady who answered the phone was wonderful) They fixed the issue (which was just a small part) and the cost was super fair and affordable. Highly recommend!

I had four companies conduct tests on my unit to determine why it wasn't blowing cold air. Indoor Experts was the third. The tech was the most thorough in investigating and explaining the issues and options. He showed exemplary patience when the systems in our home were mislabeled. I would give them more stars if I could. Definitely top notch service and experience.
