This state of the art building has 15,000 square feet with a complete sheet metal fabrication shop.

Hands down, fantastic customer service! Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, called Kay first thing in the morning, and they went above and beyond to get here the same day to help. The tech was friendly and incredibly efficient. It was pouring rain and at one point we even lost power. He stayed outside in the rain and made sure our AC was fixed! I highly recommend.

FIVE STARS Top notch company! They’ve done our maintenance for years and kept a heat-pump running for 33 (thirty-three - yes that’s right) years. Kay installed a whole house unit and a split unit in our home. We had some problems with the split unit, but Kay was there johnny-on-the-spot to fix it. They are very professional, well organized and stand behind their work. Everyone from customer service to tech's and everyone in between are wonderful to work with!! I highly recomment them!!
