The staff is wonderful! They took time to answer any questions that i had, and made me feel comfortable with the procedure i was getting. To top it off you get a warm little towel to wipe your mouth off so you don't leave out with any dental residue on your face. This place is worth paying for parking.

I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received. From my initial phone call until today . Dr.Julian Austin is gentle and kind , his chair-side assistant is sweet and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist is thorough and personable. I am so happy I found this amazing dental team .

Oh my goodness! This is the nicest group of people you will ever want to meet! Courteous, professional, kind, smart....cannot say enough about today's experience! Managed to book an appointment (!), get in with toothache pain quickly (!), get a diagnosis (!) and put a plan in place for treatment and future dental care. No shaming, no guilt - just understanding and relief. Clean, clean, clean and impeccable Covid compliance. 100%, A+++. So happy to be part of this practice.

Really cannot praise Dr. Austin and his whole staff enough -- professional in every way. Entire facility updated and sanitary -- concern for patients' and staff's health and well-being very evident -- masks and hand-washing required of all. Receptionists and dental assistants all very well trained and personable -- they make you feel, from the start, like you are "in good hands." Dr. Austin, during my several procedures, demonstrated himself to be a very experienced, skilled dentist -- and one who definitely cared about my comfort at every stage. All in all, highly recommend CNY Dental Arts.

I had a crown placement by CNY Dental Arts recently. When they did the preparation, I got a lot of pain and it turned out that I should do root canal as well. I had a hard time to convince them to postpone placing the crown for a few months until I do the root canal, and the communications were not positive many times. Finally when I wrote them a formal letter after consulting the Syracuse University legal office, they agreed to that.
