Christine has over 29 years of experience as a dental assistant. In 2012, Christine joined our team, and became Dr. Crumb's assistant in 2013. She loves our office's family environment and gets enormous satisfaction from helping patients achieve healthier and more beautiful smiles. Married for over 23 years, Christine has two college-age children.
When he's not working, Dr. Craybas enjoys spending family time with his wife, Suzanne, who is a practicing certified nurse anesthetist in Syracuse. They have two wonderful children and reside in Camillus. Dr. Craybas is passionate about perfection and excellence, which is why he spends his personal time on sports and hobbies that require the same intensity, focus, and hand-eye coordination that he uses everyday.

Jennifer gave me a tour during which all the staff acknowledged me with a smile! She was just superb in dealing with me. I did not feel like I was just "another case" but that I was a real human (with some anxiety) that she was eager to address and work with in a confident and friendly supportive manner.

Thanks to the stellar work of Dr. Craybas and the team, I able to chew on the right side of my mouth with zero pain for the first time in four years. The entire process was easy (for me) and as painless as one could expect this type of corrective dental work to be. My mouth was sore on the day of the procedure, and I was using it the very next morning. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my insatiable inquisitiveness... They were very kind. I had to get an emergency appointment as a tooths gum started bleeding with pus suddenly... My phd advisor talked with them if they can treat me urgently ( otherwise I could appointments only in a month or so!!) They were kind enough to accommodate me in the last minute. The doctor was patient with my questions too and they were very transparent as to what are they doing with my precious tooth! They showed me pics of my tooth at every stage. This box is too small and 5 stars is not nearly enough to describe my experience with Dr. Craybas and his amazing staff!!! I did extensive research on cosmetic dentists here in the Syracuse area before finally making the call to set up an appointment with Creative Dental Concepts. If you're anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety associated with any major dental procedure. From day one, Dr. Craybas and his staff made me feel comfortable and instead of dreading each appointment, I couldn't wait!!! My new smile is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumb for many years and it has been to my benefit that he has been my dentist. His staff is responsive and makes you feel comfortable from the second you walk into the office and that is very important to me to feel relaxed and not apprehensive. One of the many attributes of Dr. Crumb is that he listens and accepts suggestions and follows thru. I must admit I also enjoy his humming to the elevator music as he does his thing. I only have positive things to say about Dr. Craybas and the entire staff. The hygienists are excellent at what they do. They're friendly and love seeing my kids. Dr. Craybas called me back within minutes when my son had a dental emergency when the office was closed. They do thorough work and my six-year old loves coming. You'd think they paid me to write this. They did not. I'd recommend this practice to anyone with teeth. :)
