I’m almost afraid to say that I had no pain after my recent extraction. Don’t want to set someone with a false expectation - BUT it’s true for me. It took a long time to get the tooth out because my mouth is to small. Most of my roots are tangled with other roots so I expected a lot of pain. I took two Tylenol after the appointment and some ice, Waited expectantly for pain, and it never came. You’re incredible!

Owwweee. Broke a tooth, the office got me in and my usual, beloved Dr. Berry wasn’t there. No worries, though - Dr. West was great, put me at ease with his questions, gentle probing and assurance that the issue was manageable. I went in today for part one of a two part implant procedure. Dr. Berry was excellent as well as her assistant Crystal. Crystal was able to answer all of my questions, which were numerous. She was so knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I experienced the best customer service, and would highly recommend anyone for any dental service to Berry Good Dental. You can expect a knowledgeable and friendly staff who prioritize customer service and excellent dentistry.

I had 2 fillings today and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and the dentist that did my fillings made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel a thing! He explained everything before he did it and was very attentive to my questions and concerns. 5 Stars! Definitely will continue to come here!

I, like so many others out there dislike greatly going to the dentist. Berry Good Dental does everything they can to lesson the anxiety. Today - it was a little Reggae music in the background and a very friendly team. I asked them to describe what they were doing throughout the process, which I found most helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. BERRY and her staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have some anxiety with dental procedures and need nitrous oxide for most of my procedures. I've had 3 crowns done and a few fillings and haven't had any issues during or after the procedures. I'm not a fan of going to a dentist but I do recommend Dr.Berry and her staff. They take the time to answer any questions and check in with how your doing when performing any work on your teeth.
I've recently had more crowns done and Dr.West has answered my questions and alleviated any concerns.

Thank you Berry Good Dental!!! Just moved to Syracuse and needed a dentist ASAP! On top of having to find a new dentist, I have always had a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. West and Kimberly his assistant put me at ease from the minute I sat in the chair. Both were very thorough of going detail by detail of what would be happening. I went in for a tooth extraction and implant today feeling super nervous, but the awesome people at Berry Dental made the experience smooth, quick and painless. The staff are very welcoming and eager to help you and relieve any stress you have about the dentist. I had been having a really bad toothache for the last few days, and I obtained a last-minute appointment with Dr. Berry to get it checked out. She and her hospital staff quickly identified and located the problem, and performed the relevant procedures needed to help with the issue. The hospital staff and Dr. Berry were all very courteous and cheerful, and the dental care that I received was highly efficient but very painless. They were also willing to work with my insurance provider, and the process was all very smooth. Also, the clinic was very clean as well.

Not only is Dr. Berry at the top of her game - her entire team is excellent and cheerful. My husband and I have had dental care in Syracuse, Northwest Florida, New York City and London and can say, hands down, that she is our family's favorite dentist. We brought our 2.5 year old for his first appointment a little while back - another great experience. We've had care with Dr. Berry for cleanings, fillings, a root canal and I'm about to go and get Invisalign. My mom had a discounted whitening - honestly, they are awesome and if you're looking for care near Syracuse University

I was a patient of Dr. Berry's for 2 years. At the very start and at every subsequent visit, I made it clear that since I didn't have insurance I was interested in the most conservative treatment possible.
On my first visit, they tried a hard sell for a $500 package for receding gums. When I asked what the conservative treatment was, I was told that waiting 6 months and adhering to proper brushing/flossing standards would not cause any further damage. I opted to do that.
At a later visit I was told that I had multiple cavities that would cost $500 to fix. I declined the treatment.
