These guys are second to none. Carlos and Michael were on top of my AC replacement from beginning to end. They were the only contractors who showed up on time for the estimate and then they also got it installed on time and when they said they would. Best of all they had the best price in Fort Myers and I checked with 5 different estimates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Fort Myers.

An incredible company to work with. Sometimes the front office can be unresponsive but it's because literally everyone in the company works the Frontline handling service calls and installations. Carlos and his company stand behind their work. The techs will talk to you and explain what they are doing. They even encourage you to look up what they're talking about. Transparent and easy to work with.

My air conditioner broke recently due to faulty manufacturing and they were able to come by within reasonable time. They’ve taken my faulty air conditioner and replaced it with one of their own free of charge so that my family wouldn't be hot in the Florida summer heat while ours got fixed. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication it is very appreciated.

My 86 year old mother had this company to install new A/C. Carlos was initially nice. Unit worked less than two months. They never obtained the PERMIT of which the price was included in the charges. We have been calling them for months, leaving messages and no call backs. Had a friend to call from different number and spoke to michael. Someone… came out, looked at it. It ran for two HOURS and stopped again. That was 9/7. 9/8 no A/C. 86 year old forced to sleep in 80+ degree heat!!!! We have given them plenty of opportunities to make amends. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ILLEGAL activities STAY AWAY

If your looking for an AC company I would strongly recommend Tropical Comfort AC, we had a big issue with getting our thermostat on line with the WiFi. After having several people make an attempt to solve these issues with no success, the owner of the company told me he had the right man for the job. And he was not wrong. First thing I noticed was he was on time. Second thing was professionalism, and how courteous he was to me and my wife. And from that point on he treated us as though we had been friends of the company from years past. And yes he did solve our thermostat and WiFi issues, he went

Job well done! Carlos gave us extremely competitive prices for a few things we needed done. We knew exactly what was wrong prior to calling them and they did NOT try to sell us on anything beyond what was needed like others will sometimes do. I appreciated the honesty with these guys and the price! They re-did all of our homes duct-work, maintenanced our system and fixed an underlying problem we had. So this review is 1 year later and we’re typically very critical of work done on our house, but they did fantastic!

They were recommended by a friend and I was uncertain at first as they didn't have lots of reviews on google. I had to do a full HVAC system refurbish for a house that we just purchased.
Carlos was great and very knowledgeable. We schedule a date, they were at my house at 8:00 AM and stayed until the work was done.
Juan the technician is top notch and takes the time to do it right.
Highly recommend them.
