First time using Triton Air & Heat....contracted them to replace an aging unit... very pleased with my initial meet with the owner (Tony)... subsequent dealings with the office(Malinda), and finally the installation (Pedro & team)...nice job, reasonable cost....would definitely recommend them .. .

Our air conditioner stopped working during the night and the next morning Triton was there, explained what was wrong(very old unit with a bad compressor), installed a new AC unit and had it cooling off the house by the early afternoon. The installers are professional, respectful, and made us feel confident that we selected the best company during our time of difficulty. We will continue to use Triton Air!

My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night I was up like all night, it was all muggy hot and sticky and I couldn't sleep so I called triton. Like Wouldn't ya know they had me scheduled into there route that very same day. The people I spoke to Destiny and Melinda we're so polite. Q Their technician that came to the house quickly diagnosed the problem also seen that it was also missing some caps and had a replacement part and the replacement caps I needed on the van. Triton had our familys home all nice and cool again. I will refer them everytime. Thanks Q Melinda and Destiny!

They will not remove and clean-up their foam overspray. More than two weeks of promissory appointments are all no-shows, with no follow-up repair. Lack of responsibility for any follow-up issues. I would not recommend this spray foam Contractor to anyone.

Mixed emotions about this company. I guess I should've shopped around more to know if we got an average estimate or not, but we needed air ASAP!!! Got an estimate for a new a/c system that I thought was reasonable so I ordered install for next day. Apparently the owner didn't like the estimate so they called in the morning telling me the unit was damaged by a fork lift, and they couldn't find another one anywhere, so I would have to purchase a different model which almost doubled my cost. This encounter started from a sales call from this company, offering an air conditioner cleaning for $29.95. The tech was polite and on time. However 15 min into his inspection he said I should replace a "D" battery sized pre-starter on the outside unit. The cost of this part he said was $200. He next showed me the coil and fan cage on the inside unit. He said there was "bio growth" and it could be remedied with the cleaning and installation of a UV light. Cost of the light $849.
