We provide unbiased, accurate and thorough home inspections in Raleigh, North Carolina and the surrounding region. As the owner and operator of R&R, Scott brings over fifteen years of experience in the residential project management field, where he combines his knowledge of home building standards with an eye for detail.
When it comes time to sell or purchase a home, who you hire for your home inspection is just as important as who you hire as your agent. With over 15 years in the remodeling industry and hands on experience with all phases of residential construction, we pride ourselves on having practical knowledge and experience in the industry.
R&R Home Inspections believes there are ten important questions you should have answered before you select your home inspector. Make sure to include a return email address in the comments section in order that we can respond to you. The inspector should ensure that their inspection and inspection report will meet all applicable requirements in your state if applicable and will comply with a well-recognized standard of practice and code of ethics.

Scott was very knowledgeable in his trade. His report was highly detailed and included helpful information for basic maintenance on my new home. He was awesome to work with and very responsive. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Worth every penny!

I do not normally write reviews for products or services, but I was compelled to write a review for services provided by R&R Home Inspections.
Scott provided so much information on our house inspection, you cannot fathom the amount of detail he puts into his report. There were so many items listed that we never even noticed on the house. His knowledge of everything house related is incredible! He lists items that should be dealt with, issues that are a concern and issues just for the knowledge for the buyer. Scott provided several pictures and videos

I like almost everything about R&R, have used the service multiple times. The only downside is the call from "Porch" I get every time. Sales leads to services like Porch should be optional.
