Perry Linn truly has a lifelong history in the industry! Starting at age 12, working at his father's service station, Perry handled the garbage detail until he was tall enough to wash windows for customers. Remember, this was back in the day of "full service" service stations. In high school, Perry was in a Vo-Tech program for auto mechanics and managed one of his dad's stores by the age of 15.
Graduating from Dunwoody as a Master ASE technician, Perry owned his first service center by the age of 27. Today, he follows in his dad's footsteps by providing great service with attention to detail. With that much experience, you can be sure he'll know how to help with whatever auto repair and service needs you have.

Your tires are the only part of your vehicle that connects it with the road and are responsible for safety, comfort, mobility, and fuel economy. Proper tire care and maintenance are, therefore, very necessary to ensure your tires stay effective. This care and maintenance can be easily done by your personal attention and with the help of our professional experts at Crosstown Auto Repair.
Continental was founded in 1871 and has built their reputation as one of the premium suppliers of tires and auto parts in all of Europe -- a reputation based on superior engineering, materials, design and workmanship. Continental AG has been in the tire business since 1987, and since then Continental tires have become OEM equipment on many European vehicles, including some models of Volvo, BMW and Porsche.
Since their inception in Akron, Ohio in 1915, General Tire has been responsible for numerous innovations in the car and truck tire market, including their 1920s-era line of low-pressure "Balloon Jumbo" tires, which required only 12 pounds of air pressure and revolutionized tire design and manufacturing for decades to come.

This was my first time to this service center, as my usual garage closed. It was only for a regular oil change, so I waited. From my initial interaction with Cody, to listening to him interact with other customers on the phone and in person, and with the service techs and management, all of his conversations were very professional and detailed. His GREAT customer service skills has earned you a new customer!

We are repeat customers at Crosstown and as long as I live in the area I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else. The level of friendliness and professionalism, the promptness and reasonable pricing of service, and their recognition of customer loyalty all make Crosstown my go-to shop for auto repair.

Went in for a simple brake job cause there was shaking in the steering wheel , called me and said my lower control arm and wheel bearing needed to be replaced and it will be $1700. Took it to a different shop and the tires were actually on the wires on the inside which they never noticed, and the rim had curb rash that was large enough to throw the balance of the wheel off. Replaced the rim and balanced and it’s 100% new. 2 other mechanic shops said that neither of what they suggested is actually broken. And also if you want to search the name up in the record it’s under Hailey Curtis.

They do good with helping lower income folks as long as you sign up for the snap stuff, but I'd recommend just going there for oil changes unless you want your shock mounts installed upside down.. customer service is great though so as long as you get ahold of them right away there pretty helpful- edit. They corrected the upside down shock mounts for free so there all good in my book now
