Since we don't live in SC full time, it was nice to have an urgent care, walk-in facility open on the weekend close by when our dog needed to be seen. Aimee and Dr. Marscher were great, the entire staff was super friendly, and I would definitely recommend our Charleston area friends and family to use them!

Absolutely wonderful as an urgent care vet facility. I came home yesterday to one of my doggos with a torn dew claw and with it being a Sunday and everywhere else was closed, I was not left with many options. I had never been here before but will definitely come back if I have any future urgent pet issues. The staff is very welcoming and caring, they even let me lay with my dog while his sedation meds kicked in. It was about a 30 minute drive but it was definitely worth it! 👌😌

The wait was long but the care was excellent. the stray cat I brought in was treated quickly and efficiently so we could be on our way home as soon as possible. I also enjoyed not having to wait for our discharge papers as they were emailed to me. *edit* they also called me about the test results for the stay cat as well as an email detailing what was wrong and my choices.
