Faithful Friends Preschool has remained open throughout the pandemic adhering to safety guidelines outlined by the health department and child care licensing. Enrollment has been steadily returning to normal. While our two year old room is full, we have limited openings in our baby room and are taking preschoolers 3 to 5 year olds.

Call the center (775) 747-5511 and set up a tour! The program at our Reno child care center is based on the belief that children learn by doing. Fostering positive self-esteem and socializing are at the heart of our program of fun with a purpose. Our daycare is located in Reno, on West 7th Street.

This is a very exciting and important stage of development for your child and we consider it a privilege to be a part of it. Our program is based on the belief children learn by doing. Fostering positive self-esteem and socialization are at the heart of our program of fun with a purpose. Our Infant/Toddler Program offers day to day care in Reno NV for our youngest enrollees as we provide for their developmental needs.
Our philosophy includes the recognition of the uniqueness of each child and the treatment of all children with the dignity and respect that should be accorded all human beings. We feel that a positive self-esteem is the most important asset that a child can have and do all we can to enhance each child's self image in the warm and loving atmosphere provided.
Our program is based on the RIE (Resources for Infant Educators) Philosophy developed by Magda Gerber. The entire premise for the RIE Philosophy is based on giving the children time, attention, and respect. Our goal is to make every child feel secure, autonomous, and competent. Although each person on our staff has an individual style of care-giving, we share common goals and concerns for the children in our care and their families.
All of our lives we will be in a social setting in various degrees-whether or not we are successful depends on how we handle ourselves and interact with others. To be able to meet our own needs and interact with others without altercation is important. Experiencing a positive environment in which we can learn to do just that is important.
