I have used Anthony Carpenter for three inspections. He is very professional, he is punctual and he provides the highest level of quality and value that I have seen in this type of service. He provided me a 97 page report in my last prospect purchase from Kevin Maltese. His report was unbiased and honest. He brought to my attention certain issues in the property that made me reconsider the purchase. Unfortunately due to his honest assessment Mr. Maltese lost the sale. It is unfair to give him low reviews when you have not contracted him. I did, and I will do so in the future.

Saved me a ton of money! Anthony's prompt, professional inspection covered everything and helped me negotiate the best deal possible for my purchase. Not only did Anthony complete the inspections at a bargain price, he followed up our initial inspection to make sure that the issues discovered were resolved and repaired properly free of charge.
