I had a person come out to look at a small roofing job and he gave me an estimate, approx. a week or less after I accepted his quote I asked him when they could do the job and I was told that they would put me on the calendar and call me within the week. I never heard back from them until I called then back because my house had a small leak that discolored the ceiling. When I called them back they said that they got really busy and left me hanging.
