I had a very small repair that was needed, during covid shut downs. I was not able to afford the repair and Quality Exteriors quoted me a less than average price. When billed, it was for the higher amount. Once I spoke to the correct person, they resolved the billing issue. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Quality work and Customer Service with solid follow through.

These guys were awesome! They arrived early on a Wednesday and completed our room by that afternoon. They showed up the next morning to clean up anything left behind including nails. We're happy with our new and the experience with this company.

I had a great experience with Quality Exteriors. Franklin was my main point of contact, and he thoroughly explained the entire process from materials used, how the roof would be replaced, and how the work would be performed. He also worked with my insurance company on the claim to ensure that everything went smoothly. He was very responsive any time I had a question, and I felt that he was committed to making sure that everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend Quality Exteriors to friends and family! I’d like to give a big shout for Blake Pugh. He’s been awesome to work with from the first visit to our home to inspect our roof after a hail storm until project was complete. He worked with us and our insurance to get everything covered and even somethings the insurance first didn’t first cover. Blake’s professional, polite and he does what he says he’s going to do. Would highly recommend him (I actually did). Great job Blake and thank you so much for your help.

Mikey, Scott and the crew from Quality Exteriors went above and beyond our expectations on our roof. The communication throughout every step of the process was fast, efficient, and hassle free- especially when it came to determining the damage done, contacting my insurance company, and getting my new roof installed. I am so IMPRESSED and AMAZED at the service. One week my husband and I got the insurance to approve it and the next week it was finished. They said they would be here at 7am. At 645 they started showing up. At… 7am they started working and by 1030am they were finished and cleaned everything up and had us an AMAZING new roof!!
