Underwater Treadmill Therapy is among the most effective therapies for postoperative canines and felines or pets with orthopedic, neurological, and/or geriatric conditions associated with muscle weakness. At Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital, hydrotherapy will be utilized with many of our post-op and neurological patients.
Hydrotherapy is offered in Greenbriar's state-of-the-art underwater treadmill, specifically made for dogs and is calibrated to independently control buoyancy, resistance, speed, and temperature. This allows us to create individual programs based on age, lifestyle, severity of disease, and many other factors.

We had been bringing our dogs to Greenbrier for some time but we have made the decision to move our two dogs and one cat to a different vet. Not so much the actual veterinarian interaction but some of the other staff. Most recently we started a new rescue puppy at
Greenbrier and had called for an emergency foot problem with our new puppy. We got scheduled two day later (not ideal for an emergency issue) and then after running about 10 minutes late due to highway traffic, the front desk person (Kim) said we'd have to reschedule. We can somewhat understand it's a production line vet in terms of

My fear aggressive border collie had no problems whatsoever with either of the 2 to 3-night stays he has had here over the past six months, Including a complimentary bath with the 3-night stay. The staff member I dropped him off with (the same one I picked him up from (Lauren) ) talked with me at length both times and was very informative, caring and knowledgeable - a pleasure to deal with. I made a point of walking around the grounds with my dog before leaving; he was in no hurry to get out of there whatsoeve (& had no complaints :-) . What I saw of the facility was clean, odor free, and

2 stars because the vets/boarding are good, their accounting practices are bad.
We've used this facility for both vet services and boarding services for our 3 dogs over the last 6 years including end of life treatment for one of our dogs. The vets themselves are great and caring and we've been happy with the boarding experience. However, we were enrolled in the vet plan and they recently changed the terms of their contract as well as their pricing without sending an actual update to what the pricing/terms were. We were not made aware of what the price increase was or what the new plan entailed

It was our first time going to Greenbriar Luxury Pet Resort for boarding. We have a large breed dog who is 7.5 years. The options that they give for exercise/companionship/love allowed us to ensure that our dog would be happy and not alone during his boarding stay of 10 days. The grounds alone at Greenbriar are beautiful and lush. Our dog came back so happy, healthy and with a spring in his step! Would definitely recommend Greenbriar Luxury Pet Resort for dog boarding.

Our regular vet stopped their boarding services so we found this place. Of course you worry when boarding your fur baby at a new place for the first time but they were incredibly responsive to questions and getting records from the other vet. It is also a GEORGOUS place. When we dropped off kitty we were joking that we would be staying in a Marriott for our trip but he had a room at the Ritz Carlton! It is literally a pet "resort"!

This used to be a great place to take my dog, which is why they are still getting 3 stars. However lately there has been a substantial drop in customer service. In attempting to setup a grooming appointment, I booked online and never had any follow up call to confirm. Only after calling them did I figure out it was not scheduled. Then today again I took my dog to their day camp, and arrived to pick my dog up at 6:30 as they had always been open till 7, with their google listed hours also show a closing time of 7. I previously received calls from them to let me know if they were closing soon. Again

Wonderful staff! The vets here are knowledgeable although some of the surgical doctors are a bit on the arrogant side, but they know their stuff.
They have a wonderful dog park on the grounds that is seldom crowded. And while I haven't used their day care services, everyone I've spoken with says it's great and are very happy.
The biggest downside is that they are quite expensive...you get what you pay for.
And even though I'm pretty sure most if not all of the staff are vaccinated against Covid as of July 2021, they will still not permit anyone inside...we have to call and wait in the stifling

I will never bring my dog back here. There was not a single interaction where we got accurate information over the phone unless we were talking directly to the vet.
We got a new puppy and wanted to try this company for all their services. Every single time we called and talked to them when we were not talking to the vet we received the wrong information. This included vaccine schedules, boarding, day camp, training/puppy preschool.
The trainer is very good, handled our puppy for exposure and basic training well. The vet is awesome, she worked with us through a very small dog modified vaccine

We've been taking our dog and two cats to Greenbriar and Dr. Pooya for many years for checkups, general ailments, and for more serious issues and surgeries. We have always received excellent advice, attention, and care and wouldn't think of going anywhere else with our fur babies. We highly recommend Dr. Pooya and Greenbriar.

I just wanted to say that my dog was near the road and an employee from Greenbriar found him and picked him up. My dog stayed the night at Greenbriar and they contacted me to let me know they had him and that he was safe. The grounds looked spacious and well kept. The staff was very professional and nice. I will consider this for future kennel care if needed!

The staff is amazing. We just brought our boy home after having his second knee operated on. They are very informative and they always respond quickly to answer our questions. Thank you Dr. Pooya and the entire staff for everything you do. You guys are amazing and I will definitely recommend you. PS: Harley can’t wait to get back to doggie day camp.

Never again. Dropped our dog off for 4 days of boarding while on vacation. On the day of pick up the individual who retrieved our dog from the create noticed he had a limp and stated "he probably just slept on it wrong." Took the dog home and he was unable to use the leg completely. Turns out he tore his ACL while in their care but there was no "documentation" of it happening, so they claim they're not liable. They offered a "curtsey exam" and an X-ray that coast $480. Total surgery coast $3,500.
Long wait periods to get inside and out and our dog also smelled

I will never use them again. In the 8 years I've had my dog we have had several bad experiences with them. It started with their vet services, having to wait forever to be seen and left feeling all they cared about was $$. We stopped using their vet services and kept using them for boarding. We had been called on one stay and informed that our dog had blood in his stool, we paid for a vet check only to be told that he had cut his butt on something and that was what was bleeding. No clue what he could have cut himself on or any other information about it. We had him groomed here years

So happy I found this place! My pup started puppy day camp at 11 weeks old and graduated to doggie day camp. She is so well socialized with dogs and humans. We also did training: Basic 1 & Basic 2 and learned so much! There is also a huge dog park on site where we play fetch after day camp. We love this place and couldn’t recommend it more.

It's very unfortunate when you FINALLY find a groomer who you really like (Corey) and you wait weeks to get on his calendar only to find out when you pick your pup up after his appointment that your groomer is out sick and someone else has groomed him. How hard would it have been for the staff to ask me if it was okay to have a 'substitute groomer' rather than assuming it would be? I'm not at all happy with the $80 'substitute result'. I expected better customer service from Greenbriar. Oh, and an apology would also have been nice.

I am disappointed with the boarding service, there. When I boarded my dogs for the weekend, I understood that they didn't bath my dogs because it was less than 2 nights but, they brought my dogs back to me with the smell of their urine and their coats were so dirty. I took them out from the building to let the dogs pee. They had a very very long pee and pooped twice. They were very thirsty so I had to give them water! I was so displeased about it. I didn't think that they actually walked the dogs much and give them enough water to drink during their stay. I ll not bring my dogs there

After this last, HORRIBLE experience at Greenbriar, I wouldn’t take my pets there even if it was the last boarding place on Earth. Our Dog came home clearly neglected and malnourished. The staff members had ZERO record of what our dog did while he was there for 10 days. We paid extra to ensure our dog would get extra walks and play times, Kong’s… with peanut butter, bathed, clipped, and groomed, but as far as I’m concerned they probably did NONE of it. I should also add that there’s no way they fed our dog either because he came home with his ribs clearly showing

5 star business! We have been customers for over 10 years. Our dogs have been treated in the vet hospital, stay at the pet resort and go to doggie daycare. The level of service and care is outstanding. We drive 45 minutes to use their services and it is worth it. We have tried many places to board and they do not compare to Greenbriar. We love our fur babies and they deserve the best!

We had a terrible experience there with a brand new veterinarian who ran every test under the sun and of charged every bit. I believe we were charged nearly $700 for that visit. Even worse, we also watched two insensitive girls at the reception desk look uncaringly at a woman as she brought in her dying cat (the cat was actually dead). The girls… were more interested at looking at their phones. This left a lasting bad impression of Greenbriar. As a follow up we went to the Opossumtown Vet clinic who had more experienced veterinarians. It turned out our dog had a sore neck (muscular) and

Dropped my two pups off today for their first day of daycare. They call the first day an "interview" which they see how the dog behaves around others. I thought I would at least been shown around the facility to see where the dogs would stay and play, but that didn't happen. I would recommend they do that in the future for new clients. The dogs seemed to enjoy it but I gave 4 stars based on I would have liked to tour the facility, and would have liked to "see" how they were doing... Such as pictures throughout the day or setting up a live feed so we can check on our pups

It has been about three weeks since her first appointment. Cookie is galloping and going for long walks very active and happy. This place used to be good, but the staff has become rude and dismissive. I'm done with this place. After a 4 day stay I sat waiting 20 minutes for my dog. Then I was told he was out on a walk yet he was dripping urine because his bladder is so full. He immediately started peeing when we went out. AND they forgot his fee bath.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I used to board my dogs here until they started coming back with kennel cough everytime and they treated my largest dog terribly. One of my dogs was listed as a bite risk from day one and NOONE contacted me and told me anything. All they told me was that he did amazing. They left a muzzle on him so long that he now has a permanent line under his jaw where the muzzle embedded into it. Apparently other dogs have even died due to this place! Please never take your dog here ever. There's so many better places than this. I've even know past employees

We've taken our 2 huskies to Greenbriar for boarding for years now. They have better facilities (more space) and pick up service which is awesome! We like that there are veterinarians in house and how much outdoor space there is for the doggies to play.

I knocked off 3 stars because this last visit, our dog (one passed away ) contracted scabies mites. We had boarded her there after our babies came home from the hospital. When we picked her up her skin was red but we figured it would pass and I mean we had 2 newborns at home so poor Lizzie didn't have our attention. We should have called

Luca and I want to thank our new groomer, Evelyn, for the absolute best experience! It's been such a long road to finding a perfect fit! She listened to my concerns and did exactly as I had asked.
