Dr. Cook, the techs and front desk team are amazing.always! They are extremely thorough, they take their time and get and give every detail needed. The follow up is impeccable, they literally follow up just to see how my babies are feeling or if I have any questions. Dr. Cook does not pressure me to get a lot of testing or procedures.
The best vet in Frederick. The staff is truly caring, knowledgeable and kind. When our Australian Cattle Dog passed a few years past, staff cried along with our family as we lay on the floor with Betsy as she quietly headed over the Rainbow bridge. Tears are falling now as I relive this hard and difficult time.

As a Registered Veterinary Technician, its hard to find vet practice like KAH! I never question the care my pet receives and the staff is so helpful and sweet. I am always super comfortable with every decision the vets make and know its the best plan for my pet.

I was very pleased with Dr.Leslie and her nurse. Both of my dogs come there now. Everytime I hear somebody say that they need to find a good vet I always speak up and say: Kingsbrook Animal Hospital and give them your number.

We are so happy with the care and professionalism of this entire staff. We recently moved to the area with our 14.5-year-old golden retriever and after a couple months she was not doing well. We had to put her down a week ago and the doctors, nurses and staff were wonderful. So caring from on--the-floor petting, to a plate of bacon from a teary technician, to the caring support and kind words from all. The doctors go above and beyond with follow-up calls and advice. Highly recommend this vet.

Here's my Dog, who when I asked for his review mentioned the complementary snacks and how warm the thermometers are. Which I'm sure are most important to him...However, to me, knowledge, compassion, and love, are the most important qualities I seek.
I have found those qualities and more at Kingsbrook. Their new COVID procedures means curbside drop off but the team sends you pictures and are very communicative and share the love.
