Colors, textures and experiences are softened, sounds are quieter and people are friendlier. We take a little more time and feed a lot more treats. Our staff is trained on stress free pet handling techniques and are encouraged to take time to bond with your pet, and with you.

Wanted to say a big thank you to Dr.Fang and the UC team for helping me with my boy norman. We just moved to the area from San Diego and could not find a place to see norMan when he was injured. We got called to take him to UC and we're only there for 2 hours. Dr. Fang went above and beyond to help figure out what was going on and gave options for care. Very grateful to have found d you guys! Thank you !

First time at Pet Wellness today to have acupuncture treatment with Dr. Ross. It was a fabulous experience! He has a great energy & so great with our dog, Elliot. Elliot is very stressed at vets, but the exam rooms here are so comfortable & comforting that Elliot fell asleep during treatment. Highly recommend Dr Ross!

Based on my experience just now, my dog injured herself and I reached out for help, acupuncture specifically that could potentially make her well enough to avoid back surgery. I had read that another client was really happy with the acupuncture on her dog and didn't have to have surgery. However after explaining in detail her injury the diagnosis and the suggestion of surgery I was told they can't see her for 4 weeks. And if I wanted an appointment I need to call and pay in advance. Ha! So don't call for immediate help, they are not an emergency service but a day spa? I am so upset

Thank you, Dr. Fang & team, for saving our puppy Lulu. It was horrible going through a month watching her struggle. Our family really appreciates you getting us the pain relief for her, and checking up on us, and making sure Lulu was recovering.

No appts available anymore unless you pay a fee. Phone person stated there were no cancelations. So, I had no choice, I had to pay the fee. I was not allowed in with my dog. It was not Dr Tanner, but someone new. The new vet expressed infection from her wound, ordered antibiotics and steroids and a pain medicine that did nothing but make her nervous and upset. After 10 days, she healed up completely and isn't in pain.
I had a reminder come up on my phone that she was given a follow up appointment (which I forgot about). I called to cancel and was told I had to pay a cancel fee. I said

The office staff is very professional and friendly, they seem to really know their system and communicate very well through email. Dr Fang was very supportive of our problem and engaging with Bella and myself. I highly recommend the Pet Wellness Center.

Long wait time over 1 month and charge you for everything they only squeeze you in after 6 pm urgent care where the price triples and now to see the doctor you have to pay a $50 fee up front? I have 2 pets was with them in the beginning but it changed for the worst maybe the vet got to big or good and too bad very close to my home will be changing ARK animal hospital. Even my neighbors don't like the fee will be changing also to bad

Veterinarians and staff giving mindful care and treatment to your pets. Have only been here once but impression is good. Clean and soothing atmosphere attended to by friendly and calm staff. Docs took good care of our problem and addressed my concerns quickly and competently with comprehensive explanations and a clear plan of options going forward.
Seemed to have a genuine care for their patients which is the whole point so A+ there.

Second time here with a different pet. My puppy had puppy strangles that was mis diagnosed previously from a different vet facility. I took my puppy here to the urgent care and they did a thorough examination with a biopsy. She was diagnosed with puppy strangles and we left the facility with all medications in hand. Overall, it took about 1 hour. A week later, her sores were finally stabbing and the swelling in her lymph nodes went down with the medication and care that was provided. I am so grateful for this facility and amazed at the care they provided for my baby. This is an uncommon diagnoses

Beware of this veterinarian. My dog is on long term antibiotics. (Which this vet agreed was needed a year ago)I am needing a refill of the prescription. I called to get it refilled and they told me I would have to bring her in to be seen. I asked if that was all they needed. I was assured that yes, they just needed to do a pet wellness appointment. At the appointment (which you are not allowed to go into with the dog even though all Covid restrictions are now lifted) I was told over the phone during the appointment that I would be required to get blood and urine tested which would cost $250. This

This vet is amazing! First and foremost, they sincerely love their patients. In addition to truly caring about the animals, they're very professional and efficient in dealing with clients and accepting patients. No long waits when you have an appointment.
We just had our cat in to have his decayed teeth extracted. Carissa is the dental technician and I cannot praise her care and expertise enough. We were immediately put at ease when we met her.
This is a very thorough vet, with great doctors. Their prices are fair when you consider the high level of care and service they deliver.

Severely understaffed or they don't know what they're doing. I waited 30 minutes for a DROP OFF and I finally left. I could still be waiting, who knows? They haven't ever called me back to say they're coming out to pick up my pet. Yes it's convenient that you can wait in your car, but that's where the convenience ends.

I took my fur baby here when he was 8 weeks. He was very sick with phenomena .. Dr Ross and his entire staff was amazing. My baby Pierre was so sick for a month, but after the care off Dr Ross he had a full recovery. My furbaby is now a year and a half and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.. highly recommend. Not good service but excellent..
