Clean and spacious apt. Management has always been very nice. Maintenance has always been nice and prompt. The electricity bills are outrageous due to the uninsulated walls and chintzy window frames. Rent seems to increase a little too much compared to inflation. Been here seven years and think it's a good place with a great location. Overall, I like it here.
