I've lived here for almost 3 years now in a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 540 sqft apartment. When I first moved in here, rent was $510/month on a 12 month lease. When I renewed my lease, it jumped to nearly $750 for a 12 month lease. There's 3 bed/2 bath townhouses down the road for $900/month. The community here is terrible, I've had packages stolen from my doorstep (college textbooks), one neighbor hotboxes their apartment, one has had the cops called on them for getting in a brawl right in the hallway (this happened like. last week). The neighbors seem to change each year, and after living here I can

I've never lived here. But my son applied to live here. Only because he can't afford other places. They have been hounding him about moving in when they know he's waiting on his tax returns. And even threatened to up the amount his rent may be of he didn't move in soon. He doesn't even have a lease yet. Has anyone ever reported these people?

Worst place you could live. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. We lived in one unit had to get moved because of the problems. The unit we in currently is still as bad. Vacuuming at 1am. I do not suggest this place for a family. As cheap as it is. Please look elsewhere. You call to complain and they tell you there's nothing they can do but they make these rules we have to follow and nobody follows them. The people that work at the office are very nice but the managers are difficult. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!!

These apartments are decently priced for the area, but nothing fancy or spectacular. If there are any other options available for moving into, I would recommend taking a close look at those before deciding on Glen Oaks. Office staff is amazing and friendly, neighbors are loud and smoke everywhere. Lots of music and car horns in the middle of the night.

If you are looking for a cheap and small place to live at, then these are your apartments. They are cozy and homey. Also, in the building that I live in it is quiet and peaceful. In addition, when I have called the main office for maintenance, they are fast to fix your problem. Lastly, this a great place to start with if you are looking for your first apartment!
