Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. I have lived at Tiffany woods apartments for almost two years. Every time I have ever had a maintenance issue, they have come within minutes and are very kind. The office staff is very friendly and always give my daughter candy when we check the mail or go to the pool. The clubhouse is great, pool table, tv, free delicious coffee, games and then there’s the big pool. The fitness center is also very clean and enjoyable. I could go on and on. Nothing beats swimming laps in a huge pool with your family all winter long! I wake up early and I see them walking around picking up all the trash. I also

Stacey/ALL office staff and maintenance Staff are so AWESOME! They have so far happily helped with every need I have requested and their respond time is very fast. The building I live in is so quite and peaceful with the nice tree filled yards. They send out friendly newsletters and promote family friendly activities for the community. Really starting to feel like home :) Could not be happier with my decision to move here.

Tiffany woods is the place to live! My finace and I were looking for something quiet and afforable and we found it. Tiffany Woods offers tons of ammenitys such as a well equiped pool, gym and dog park. We've currently been living here for one year and love the atmosphere Tiffany Woods has to offer. It has this unique woodsy outerspace with a patio, in addion a putt putt golf hole and shuffle board. Most importantly, Tiffany Woods has a wonderful staff that cares about its residents. whenever we need to put in a work order maintance is there the next day. I would recommmend this place toanyone looking

We’ve been living here for about 6 months The complex we live in is very noisy and a bunch of dogs and some owners don’t even clean up after there pets! We had a Ceiling issue with leakage the 3rd day we move in it took about 4 months to fix.. Told the office about all the noise above us on two different occasions the issue wasn’t fixed and it’s worse now I don’t recommend living at the bottom level neighbors are very inconsiderate. Overall the apartments are not great for almost 1,000 a month and no communication if anything changes on rent. But hey to each it’s own.

Tiffany Woods is nice as long as you pay on time. Fixing things is another matter. Took 11/2 years to fix my ac they kept saying nothing was wrong then after 11/2 years of fixing and refixing they replaced it. The hot tub has been broken for a year. They always have an excuse

We have lived in Tiffany Woods for almost 5 years. Staff has always been quick to respond to any issues that we’ve had and always responds in a courteous manner. We highly recommend these apartments to families. Maintenance is super friendly and actually cares about their repairs. Roosevelt Park Police drives through nightly, and some staff live on location so you can feel safe living here knowing that safety is taken very seriously.

Fun place to be! We have been residents for 2 years now and love it! The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. My kids love the monthly crafts, movie night and games they have. The staff had a wonderful trick or treat party in October and they are planning another Santa party in December. We love the commitment they have to bringing us all together. I just wanted to say thank you all so much for everything you do!
