The setting outside is a bit creepy especially at night. It feels a bit unsafe to walk alone to your vehicle after dark. The few buildings I've been into have a old building smell. But over all they are trending as nice!

I have been working with Sophia and Brandy at casper village. For 3 yeas now they run a very clean area always very professional always have a smile. Always ready to help out. The maintenance crew is very easy to approach. The crew gets things gone fast and done right. And very clean

So I picked Casper Village over a year ago as I was moving into town from out of state. It truly made my introduction to Wyoming horrible. Anywhere else would have been better.
To start:
The unit I was in has an exceptionally bad water knocking issue. When it is cold outside, it almost sounds like I live inside of an MRI machine. I complained and… complained and nothing ever was done to fix it. During the warmer months it’s fine but 6 months out of the year it will compromise sleep and sanity.
The background checks they do on people are non existent. There is a ton of drug issues around

The reasons I dont recommend casper village apartments they decided that our dog (which has been on the lease the whole time) wasnt actually on the lease and tried charging us for a pet deposit again. I called on the third which is the last day to pay rent in this hellhole and left a voicemail asking if they could call me back sometime around six… (called about 11 30) and said that I had rent but due that the TWO people who work in the office both apparently need sundays off I am now being charged a late fee. They never enforce the pet rules here it's almost like they dont care and just

Landlords are amazing and helpful. They are always there to answer questions or help when needed. There are some really horrible people who live here but they are leaving slowly. Apartments are nice and have the right amount of space. Need a better law in forced about pets though

Now people that that say everyone is rude in the office that’s not true Chelsy’s awesome and for those who say the dogs not on leash’s are bad not true me and my kid got bite from dog on leash and we have had… our problems with repairs and ya think they need more help maybe younger help and they don’t care about you as a person in their community but shut up pay your rent don’t complain about others that live here even if it sounds like you are having a party 24/7 and wake up my toddler and for as many cars been stolen from here or broke in to or even hit nope

I'm sure I'm not the only person that has noticed how much nicer the grounds at the complexes are looking, I would have to say to all the new staff that they are all doing a great job and have been working really hard and I hope that all the residents also take notice and help keep it looking nice.

I feel like I have been super patient and understanding about the leak I've had in my bathroom and my roommates bathroom, but this is ridiculous!!! The leak has been there since January 12th and has stayed pretty consistent. Mornings and afternoons.... I'm not talking about a little drip hear and there, I'm talking about having to remove buckets… full of water every day. Since January! I'm over it, can someone please tell what I can do to make someone speed up this process?! I have no ceiling in the main bathroom for gods sake! I would like to be able to use at least one of the bathrooms
