Services
If you're having trouble with the online application, you can complete the attached PDF paper application, then scan and Email to Marsh Propertiesor fax to (307) 224-7525. Prior to considering your application, we must receive both the landlord and employer verifications directly from your landlord and employer.
The completed application can be delivered to 310 N Center between Units 5 & 6 and deposited into the lock box on the right-hand side of the door, emailed to marshproperties.net, or faxed to 307-224-7525. If your income is SS, disability or some other source, then a current copy of your awards letter must be attached.
Completing the online employment verification is preferred. If you are having trouble with the online employment verification, you may download, complete, and scan or fax "EmploymentIncomeVerification.pdf" to us. Thank you for your time. If you are having trouble with the online verification form, you may print the paper version and fax it to us at 307-224-7525.
If you're on a month to month lease, that means your 30 days notice will not start until you have fulfilled your lease. Notice in the middle of the month will not be accepted or will not start until your lease is complete. Your forwarding address is VERY important in order for us to return any deposit (or any portion of that deposit) to which you may be entitled.

ITS GREAT LIVING HERE WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS, WONDERFUL MANAGEMENNT GRANT MARSH AND SHELLY! THEY ARE WONDERFUL LANDLORDS AND MANAGER. THE RENT HERE IS 425.00 FOR A ONE BEDROOM, MY BATHROON IS SPACIOUS, AND THE APARTMENT IS COZY, HAS A HEATER, DOESNT HAVE AIR CONDITION FOR THE SUNMER BUT YOU CAN BUY A WALMART COOLER, SO BUY ONE AT WALMARY OR FINGERHUT OR MONGOMERY WARDS. 310 NORTH CENTER STREET CASPER, WY 82601.

Has a slob maintenance man. Remodels without proper permits. Doesn't make off supposed "construction sites". Leaves materials strewn about. Very unsafe. These buildings need to be condemned.
Just saw him put an incorrectly dated eviction notice on a neighbor's apartment. Dated a week previous to when it was posted.
Some shady things going on huere...the buildings are in disrepair...black mold...
He will lower rent again I imagine to fill units...then raise it again once they're filled. Don't be fooled, this guy is a slumlord or absolutely does not care about you or your privacy. Will
