Haven’t had an oven since we moved in in august and haven’t had a shower for over 6 weeks. let them know when both things occurred and have had to reach out several times but still no shower, they said they’d send a plumber but it has been a week. i’ve called into work more than once to try and make sure someone was here so this would get fixed but again, nothing. don’t waste your time. this is too much of an inconvenience to justify the price.
it’s a real shame, management is super nice but evidently nothing gets done.

I keep smelling paint fumes in the hallway to the point of my apartment reeking of it and pheromone soap. Ever since the new tenant I believe named Joshua moved in I keep hearing rage screams, smelling smoke and paint fumes. My daughter is autistic and when she hears him screaming in his apartment it triggers PTSD and she freaks out.
I've had to bring her to the hospital multiple times due to the fumes and the screaming from the new tenant. I don't want to move because the price is reasonable but I might have to if the homeless man doesn't stop screaming into the void every single day.

That's it. I've had it with the tenant Josh S. Yesterday there was a fight and police showed up.. Again!.. To his apartment. I have no choice but to find a new place to live because I can't stand this tenant. A couple of other neighbors said the same thing. I realize he has a disability or something but it's gone too far.

There's a strong smell of cigarettes and toxic fumes coming from one of your tenants there. I was visiting family there and was so grossed out by it. I kept hearing screaming coming from there that I thought people were fighting, but it was this extremely drunk guy just yelling random stuff. EMTs and police showed up to do a wellness check. My niece was scared by his screaming that we had to take her for a drive to get away, and this was late at night when people were trying to sleep. The hallway smelled like rotting meat.

Heads up to the owner, some of these reviews are being written by people nowhere near Casper because they have a personal vendetta against a certain YouTube celebrity who lives in the building. As surprising as that sounds, "ScumbaggSteve" for instance, is not actually a tenant but an internet prankster. A glance at AB CD's review history shows they have targeted other Casper businesses including another apartment complex with similar false complaints.

Apartments are nice but at the beginning of the year I began to notice the smell of tobacco smoke in the halls and loud shrieking and guitar shredding at all hours of the night, as well as strange vagrants coming and going at odd hours. I believe this may be related to a new tenant because I have not noticed any of these problems before this year.

I actually was looking for an apartment in the Casper area, and found the Conquistador by mistake. It was an interesting name, so I decided to check it out. I called up management to see if they would meet with me, and asked
the manager what the prices were on the one and two bedrooms there, He gave me a very low price, from 450 to 550. I also asked him if there was anything available, and he said their might be. My husband and I met with him, and he was very abrupt, and didn't seem to like the fact that we had only been on our jobs for 5 months. His story changed from having a rental available
