I was ordered here by the court to receive an 'assessment'. Pac Rim used the situation to make some money and require me to receive 'treatment' for $180 an hour, and in a nut shell, it is bs. There are no clear diagnosis, treatment plan, nor goals. Just show up every week and go through the motions of one thing after another. I am in a trap, being the subject of questionable practices that I do research on and find them to be mostly debunked as worthless. I have never had a mental problem, no family history of anything, and I don't drink or use drugs. I live a very healthy

Incredibly rude front desk manager. I called in to set up my first counseling appointment. I was very nervous because it's my first time with counseling and it's hard to admit you need it. She kept interrupting and was very cold. At one point she asked me if I was just calling to get medication. I told her no, I was just nervous. She set me up with an appointment without any info about the process. When I asked her about how counseling usually starts (intro session? Do you meet the doctor beforehand to make sure it's a good match?) she cut me off and told me she couldn't tell
