Southeastern Veterinary Hospital is proud to serve W Lumberton, NC and surrounding areas. Dr. Locklear earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1979 from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary medicine. Dr. Locklear not only excels in diagnostics and surgery, but is known for his compassion and humanitarian efforts for animals. Dr. Oxendine graduated from North Carolina State University in 2017.
Me and my Maltese Morgan are Always Greeted with a smile. Dr. Locklear is usually available to see Morgan. He's just wonderful, always concerned and provides us information about the medical care provided. Morgan loves the front desk girls especially the back rubs that he sometimes gets from them when he's nervous.

At Southeastern Veterinary Hospital in W Lumberton, NC, we are proud to be on the cutting edge of medical technology. Radiology is a technique and diagnostic tool we use to look inside the body in an entirely non-invasive way. X-rays allow us to create images of all the body's organs. In other words, the use of radiology gives us a view of the internal organs in your pet's body that we otherwise could not see.

One of their vet techs, which was thought to be trust worthy is actually a low life breeder and who scams ppl out of their deposits and dogs. She sells the same dog multiple times and I wouldn’t doubt she’s… using this facility to find her prey (customers) and wouldn’t doubt if she’s stealing supplies for her own personal gain being that she’s shady already I’ve seen this before 1st hand

I absolutely love this vet, we bring numerous of animals here and this is by far the best vet I have ever been to with my animals. Dr.locklear in my opinion is one of the best around, he shows passion and knows exactly what needs to be done and the prices are very reasonable..I’ve brought my dogs and all the way up to my cows to him, he will be the only doctor that touches my any of my animals...
