We will also go over diet, preventative medicine, and exercise to ensure that your pet is as healthy as possible.
Did you know that accreditation for animal hospitals is voluntary? Surprising, isn't it? Nearly 60 percent of pet owners believe that their pet's veterinary hospital is accredited when it is not. In actuality, only 12-15% of animal hospitals have gone through the accreditation evaluation process by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
You can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
First we inspect the general condition of your dog's ears and look for any drainage, earwax, dirt, or parasites. If we see anything we will perform an ear cytology. An ear cytology is a test we do in house where we collect a sample of debris from your pets ears on a cotton tipped applicator then we transfer the sample to a microscope slide that is then heated and dyed to show different types of yeast and bacteria once viewed under the microscope.
First you need to know that a dremel is an electric tool that files the nail down instead of cutting it. Using the dremel will help us avoid the sharp edges and split nails. Support each toe as we grind therefore minimizing the vibration and give enough resistance for the grinder to take down the nail.

Best vet in Lumberton! They take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed out the door when I go. Only complaint is they lost my cats favorite toy while he was boarded for the week while we were on vacation, other than that they are wonderful.

This clinic is the best clinic ever. They were so gentle with my pit. My pit is very overprotective with himself and with me and my sister, but they manage to be gentle and win his trust. He was happy when he came out this vet! (and you know every dog hates the vet😂) very much recommended. ❤️ thank you North send Vet for saving my dog from parvo.

The location was overpriced. Staff customer service was 50/50. Only a few staff member seemed like they actually enjoyed being there; the rest were very monotoned. I feel like the staff who did not show a lot of positive energy had negative energies towards my dog because he barks at other dogs. I understand it can be annoying but its also normal--it happens with many dogs.

Just want to say thankyou to the amazing vets and staff at Northend Veterinarian Clinic here in Lumberton for saving our girl Sable.
They were very accommodating and worked quickly to get her the help she needed. She had to have emergency surgery yesterday after her stomach twisted 180 degrees causing life threatening bloat or Gastric Dilatation Volvulus. She's a tough ol girl at 15 1/2 and we love her bossy little self so much.
