I have a review on here already, but this is an additional salute to their honesty. After Mavis Tire installed 4 new tires, they quoted the replacement of my rack and pinion steering at $1400 as it was leaking. Tire shops provide tire removal, replacement and balancing. I do not allow them to work on mechanical issues. I took it to Tommy's.
The leak was not the rack and pinion but motor oil. I believe it is due to me over-filling the oil.
No charge. Tommy's had the opportunity to take advantage of me as Mavis Tire attempted to do. They were honest and I'll be honest: Tommy's will remain my 'go

Tommy’s took care of me and went above and beyond for me. My car broke down on the interstate and even though they couldn’t fix my engine, they set me up for success with suggestions on what to do and how to go about my crisis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional…specifically Mark and Faith. They went out of their way to make sure AAA delivered for me. Thank you Mark and Faith!
