This place is really a great service station for tires and inspections and other things. I had an issue with my tire pressure monitoring system and the young man came out and he stayed with that until he got it fixed and it wasn't really you know something he could have passed off I am very happy with Martin's Tire Service. anybody that thinking about it should go by there

Had a very concerning warning come up my Explorer’s display while on I40. Went to O’Reilly’s and they assessed the situation quickly and referred me to Bill Martin’s Tire. They could not have been better to deal with. It took some doing, but they got me back up and running. Amp was especially helpful. Sorry I was just passing through on the way back to Durham. I’d give them my tire business in a heartbeat.

Lesson learned, if you have a good place you can trust stick with them. Never would they let me drive an unsafe vehicle. I moved and decided to go with the Firestone tires at their dealership. Been driving on a defective tire that made my van sound like it was falling apart. Saying it was the breaks, then van was too heavy, left it sitting so the tires flattened, the cold was making the thumping noice. I'm returning them and having Bill Martin's put me on a new set. I will drive to maintain the the good customer service I have received for years. I'm back to a happy camper!

Every car I have ever owned has gotten tires here! I can't say enough about the people who work here, in particular, Billy Martin. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. I live in Charlotte and still only buy tires from Bill Martin. I considered purchasing a used car and immediately drove it from Charlotte to Statesville so I could get an honest pre-purchase assessment of the car from BMT. There is no where in Charlotte that I trust the way I do them.

Bill Martin's Tire shop represents the ultimate in service. My family has been going to this shop for over 25 years and covering two generations. From imports to domestic we have gone to Billy for tires , maintenance, and frankly they are the first stop when we have a problem with our cars. Had a great experience at Bill Martin's . I am from out of the area in fact I live and own a tire service center in California.I always try to give the best customer service possible and treat people the way I would like to be treated.That is what I experienced at Bill Martin's I was recommend by friends in Statesville. We had just travelled across country and developed a bearing noise in the rear end of our Dodge 3500 pickup.I took the truck into Bill Martin's on a Monday morning they quickly verified the condition and gave me the Quote.The work was finished in a timely manner,

Moved to the area several years ago and needed a place to purcahse and rotate tires. Folks in the neighborhood referred me to Bill Martin.
Tire selection and quality of work is good. However, the customer service is terrible. Unless you are a life long local you go to the back of the line and stay there until they are done with the locals who just drive in and get service.
Took my truck to Martin to get the tires rotated (yes I purchased them from Bill Martin) and left it. 5 hours later when I returned to pick it up it was still setting where I left it and they had done nothing. Ended up letting
