Cindy, a native Phoenician, and the Principal & CEO of Eagle Commercial Realty Services, attended ASU in Tempe, studying Business Administration. Her real estate career began in 1986 working for a small local developer; and soon thereafter, was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, where she was entrusted with assisting in the management of 200,000 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Phoenix area.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
CEO, Cindy Winters has zero customer service. I am incredibly shocked that a CEO would have such lack of emotional intelligence. I have had but two conversations with her and am astounded by her rudeness. I can only imagine what one can expect from anyone under her leadership.

This company caused $700 worth of damage to my vehicle while my car was parked in a parking lot. Two other women had the same happen to there vehicles and the company refused to pay for damage from their landscape crew. I am now having my lawyer handle the issue with security footage but this company is definitely one I would recromend avoiding.
