Rooftop Including chimneys, skylights, flashings, and all types of shingles, tile and coverings. Interior Including doors, windows, ceilings, floors, railings, partitions, fixtures, appliances and floor finish integrity (cracks, damaged wood flooring, moisture issues).
The seller of the house I want to buy disclosed a radon level of 2. Should this be a deterrent to buying? What information is available regarding radon and real estate transactions? Donald was so accommodating, professional and he even took his shoes off in our new house! Donald was a pleasure to work with in a recent inspection. He provided top-notch service with very short notice. The inspection was very thorough; he identified items most would have missed such as a broken window latch.
