Established in 1993. Owners Steve Chader and Jennice Doty began TCT Property Management Services with a few single family homes and a vision to set the standard for service and integrity in AZ property management. They knew that the average real estate agent managing properties on the side simply didn't have the time or the expertise to increase the assets' value.

It became apparent that investors who view their assets as their first priority deserved to work with a company who views the management of those assets as their first priority too. Our team sets the highest standards for property management, leading the industry with integrity and quality service.

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.

When I say that I never leave reviews online, I mean NEVER. Until now. TCT has handled my property in AZ for many years. Excellent service and communication. Hands down one of the best decisions I've made was to hire this company.

I'm tired of this company. Five years ago me and my now ex husband moved to Arizona and rented from this company. When we moved in, I had to clean the house because there was animal hair everywhere and the counters were filthy. There was graffiti on the cupboards in the pantry. The house was beautiful though so I didn't mind that part, just painting a picture of what I experienced. We were there a year and about 8 months in, the fridge started making a horrific noise when the motor kicked on. It was like a dirt bike was revving in the kitchen, and it lasted the whole time the motor was running

The worse experience ever, I summited my application on Tuesday June 22 2021, they charged me $120, they told me they were going to let me know, not Until June 28 I get an email at 3pm, then the next day another email in the afternoon, I was out of town so I replied to their first email Wednesday morning and I was about to reply to the second email when I received an email from TCT saying they were canceling my application, They never even called me once, I send them my ID, banks statements etc but they decided to cancel my application without even one phone call. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM, BEWARE

The team at TCT get things done! The whole process was a breeze. From looking at the property to picking up my keys. When you call, you get someone, even sending an email, they respond promptly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I have rented a house from them for a little over a year now and they are awesome! They respond to my emails and attend to maintenance requests very quickly. Staff is professional and friendly. So glad that I have them as my property management company!

Not a good property management company. I rented for a year while looking for a home to buy and this company managed the property I rented. I always paid on time and treated the home like I owned it but they always found ways to nickel and dime me for any little thing. They even tried to make me pay for a new fridge when the one stopped working. They took 3 days to get someone in the repair a leak in the upstairs shower! The manager I spoke to was a young twenty something lady with a bad attitude who evidently didn’t know how to hit reply to an email. She would only respond to phone calls even

I would hope that someone renting from this company would read the reviews before being stuck in a bad situation. It is clear that they are not a company that employs decent people from the reviews as well as my experience. All that they have put my family through for the sake of renting a property is absolutely inhuman. They allowed us to sign a lease on a property infested with bed bugs, knowing children would be living in the house even. I know they are just going to turn around and try to rent it out to someone else when they get me out and I will do everything legally within my power to prevent

6840 E Portia was the property I leased and this was my first leasing experience. I lived in the house 6 months of the lease.
I leased this property sight unseen as I was relocating back to AZ from TX. Internet Photos were not reflective of this property.. make note of this if you're considering a sight unseen lease on this property and Beware! when I reminded them of this at the end of my lease I was told by management that's the risk I took with a sight unseen lease

I started renting from this company in 08/2019. We moved here from Denver Colorado and they worked with us on getting info they needed and having to travel from state to state for signing the lease and everything that goes with leasing. And they are good on answering emails when we have a problem. So far everything is going good and we're happy with our choice. Only complaint is the morning I picked up my keys, one of the employees gave me attitude for parking in her spot. Mind you there are no names and it just said tct properties or something of the sort. I had just moved out here and didn't

We have rented for 18 years and this property management company is by far the worst. We take excellent care of our home. Leaving it better than when we first move in. And because of this we did get our full deposit back... So this is obviously not the problem. They DO have a $500 non refundable cleaning fee in their leases... So beware before you sign. The problem with that is they want you to leave the property as move in ready condition and have the carpets professionally cleaned. What's the cleaning deposit for?! They also will find every excuse in the book to not fix anything that may come
