I have to say, I am only giving this place 3 stars because of the behavior of the dentist. Every experience I have had with routine treatment, scheduling, and insurance coverage was fantastic. The staff up front, the assistants, and hygienist are top notch amazing. Although the dentist obviously has the knowledge and expertise to have performed my treatment, the way he speaks to his assistants and staff is pretty inappropriate. I felt bad for them in fact. We have great experiences at Regal. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist and the calming, understanding approach that the dental assistant Angie has with her has been a blessing. I was only there 3 times but I heard two patients get talked into CareCredit accounts. They speak loud enough during their consultations that I know how much those poor souls were going to have financed at 14.9-16.9% APR. For my first procedure, the dentist and the assistant spent some time criticizing another presumably less experienced dentist. During my last procedure, I started with one assistant and the experience was all business. Been here before and was treated well. Upon my return it seems like a patient mill (reminds me of the place I left WD). Dentist didn't know my name, wasn't familiar with what work I had done previously. It wasn't the experience I had previously. I had the same result as another review. Very small chip in my tooth with no pain and the diagnosis was Root Canal and Crown. Seems suspicious. I will be getting another opinion somewhere.
Edit: I have upgraded my review as I needed my stay plate replaced. Dr. Christine Saed is what makes this place pleasant.

I was treated in a friendly manner by one of the office ladies. The dental assistant and doctor were all friendly and clear. But my issue was the lady who spoke to me at the end of my appointment. She really needs to learn customer service and learn how to talk to people. She was completely rude the entire time. At the end of the appointment she offered me a follow up appointment in a take it or leave it manner and said "if I don't call you by the 31st of October give me a call." Came in to get my wisdom teeth pulled and that all went great but when I told the oral surgeon that I can not take anything with Aspirin/Advil/or ibuprofen which are all the same thing , and this due to, 3 months ago I had bowel resection surgery and I also had gastric bypass surgery, and anyone who has these types of surgery's knows that Advil/ibuprofen should not be taken cause they cause ulcers and yet he tells me and these are his words ...." just take it, and you know when you feel like something is wrong", and he wrote me a script for ibuprofen 800 mg, I mean you tell a dentist

Dr. Joel Manalese and his team are awesome! His office is equipped with the latest technology and his team is experienced, friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile during extreme circumstances.
I have had 3 Root Canals completed before and by far his work is the best I have experienced. Dr. Joel Manalese and Christian his diligent and very capable assistant performed a Root Canal and made my new crown all while I waited. My new Crown fit perfectly!
It was practically a painless experience and I would highly recommend his services and his team including Brenda who runs his front office

Everyone was quite nice. The office is clean and tidy. The wait time was okay. I don't want the dentist rushing to get to the next person while working on my teeth. Dr. Saed was efficient and did a good job. She encouraged me to come back if I wasn't happy. I paid about $350 for the repair which is a lot of money.
Sadly, I wrote that review and went home to get a really good look at Dr. Saed's work. She worked on my two front teeth. I kept noticing an obvious white dot on my tooth at it's lower border extending further up my tooth. The tooth also appears narrower and longer

Horrible experience here today. My crown fell out and all I needed was to have it re-cemented. I was left waiting for 2 hours. When I approached the receptionist she informed me that because I didn't have an appointment they had to take their patients first! This office treated me like gold when I was spending 20,000$ on dental work but guess my lowly procedure today wasn't worth their time. Anyways I realize I didn't have an appointment but 2 hours guys? Bit much. I'm not going back there again.

Now the place is horrible.
They ask you to wait 1-2hour before you see the doctor, even you come on time of your appointment. They have many staff, but I don't know if they are working or just hanging there. After you finally meet the doctor, they still ask you to sit inside for 0.5-1hour.
They don't value your time, and some staff don't know what they're doing. They just keep messing up, and communicate to be messed up.

I called them because I broke off one of my teeth. They had me come right in. The office is very nice and helpful. They were willing to help me out and even going out of their way for me. In less the 24 hours I had a beautiful smile back. I was very impressed with the office and staff. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this office. Not only did they fail to inform me of my preauthorization last year on a procedure (which now would go over my cap for this year) but they just had me wait 20 minutes in their waiting room… with no communication only to be told that they are “short staffed” and my appointment would be an additional 30 minute wait. When questioned why I wasn’t notified prior, given that a staffing issue isn’t an emergency situation and they were aware of the issue prior, they changed it to they “fell behind on their other appointments”. Completely unprofessional

I may change my review later, but this is specific to the front office. Two appointments in a row I was supposed to come away with multiple fillings after a periodontal cleaning appointment. The strategy with this was due to already being numb on a respective side, we could knock out at least 2 fillings on each side.
Even though the error was made the first appointment in not booking enough time, they were supposed to not make the same mistake twice today. But in fact they did, and this time in coming away with no new fillings.
My time is gold, so if I'm taking a morning to handle

Today is my second visit to Regal Dentistry. They make you feel very comfortable and welcoming. Lina is my favorite staff member there because she's very friendly and takes her job very seriously and I was only there one time prior and she remembered me that is a major Plus. I have a phobia of going to the dentist but after the visit there they kind of eased my phobia cuz they take really good care of you. Thank you Regal Dentistry. Oh and they have awesome program you should look into it will save you a lot of money!
