I started my insurance career as an auto claims adjuster. Almost 30 years ago I became an agent business owner. As a business owner I have contributed to the community of Dolton which is a suburb of Chicago and NW Indiana and the surrounding areas.

I worked with a Representative named Aja earlier this year for a vandalism incident and had to file my first homeowner's ever! She was excellent at guiding me through the processes and keeping me informed and updated about everything that I had no clue about!
A few months later, a representative named Allana helped transition my car insurance over and found me a setup that worked well for me while I was between jobs!
Both ladies were professional and personable!
No funky attitudes and very informative and detailed about their jobs!

In today’s time, great customer service is not the norm. However, Georgelyn and associates have spoiled me. They even helped me with something while I was battling cancer. I can’t afford to lose them. Business with them is definitely personal now.
