I contacted the Charles McGhee State Farm Agency to inquire about auto insurance and the service was awesome. They answered the phone promptly and was able to answer my preliminary questions with accuracy and professionalism. The knowledge and service at this agency is SUPREME!! I highly recommend this agency for one or all of your insurance needs.

I normally don't do reviews but I felt compelled to write a positive review about Charles Mcghee's State Farm agency. I transferred my auto and home insurance from another SF agent to him about 3 years ago. My old agent's office was nothing like Charles'. He and his staff are always helpful, competent and extremely friendly. I really enjoy doing business with him Raye and Yesenia. If you're looking for a great insurance agent's office and company I definitely recommend Charles Mcghee's agency.

Poor agent , didn't say her name , no type of customer service skills at all !!!!, when I first arrived . She was playing on her computer and made me wait close to 10 minutes then asked me what I was here for , quoted me an extremely high policy with out detail, no eye contact when talking, and when she asked a question she couldn't focus on your answer because her face was glued on the screen , for an walk-in experience I felt really unwanted and judged , maybe if I wore my suite I would of be approached differently.. she didn't give a dam, her attitude sucks, state farm sucks and is very bias
