Congress Park Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

10/10 do not recommend. Other than location the price you pay for the apartment it is not worth it. My dad has lived in these apartments for 6 years now and I don't know how he does it! The apartment complex is infested with roaches. It is absolutely disgusting. Every time I visit I realize how bad the apartment complex is. I've never seen them do any monthly inspections or pest control. I've lived in m different apartments since first moving in with my dad six years ago. And since then I realized just how bad the situation here is. Every other apartment complex the management and maintenance team

I lived here for 6 years and the experience was very good. I especially want to thank Daisy for helping me from day one and being always available. Maintenance staff did a great job solving each request in the shortest time, I want to thank Rodrigo the maintenance supervisor.
Everyone on the staff was always nice and friendly. I would surely recommend this place to live

Our family has been here for almost 2 years and I have to say that Daisy has made our time here very comfortable. She has been accommodating and available especially when my work schedule has been inflexible. She is very patient and with this new transition she has been invaluable in walking me through gaining access to the new resident system. There are areas of the the property that definitely sub-par however, it’s definitely not found in Daisy’s compassion and dedication.
