Emerald Lake Apartments

Hello, I'm a Florida attorney; I lived at Emerald Lake Apartments for 5 full years from July 2016 to July 2021, when I moved to a different city. In all that time, management and maintenance at Emerald Lake were flawless; they promptly fixed every problem every time. And there were very few problems anyways. I made use of their pest control for monthly maintenance and had zero pest control problems in 5 years. I lived in two different units at Emerald Lake and all of my neighbors were wonderful people. Michell and everyone at Emerald Lake are fantastic.

Legit the worst HOA ever never get a town home here. We had roaches the entire time we lived her and the never once owned up to it maybe made 1 attempt to remove the bugs . The staff are untrained an unprofessional not to mention disrespectful . The gUards are useless my car got broken into probably the first week living here . The pools are always crowded with rude kids who don’t even live here… if you are considering moving into this over priced trash heap please reconsider

This is our third apartment complex between living in central and south Florida and this is by far the best! From the moment we first interacted with the complex staff, to the first walk-through, to the move-in process and even now as a resident - we never want to leave this complex and rent anywhere else! In fact, my fiance and I have decided to live here until we can afford to buy a house in two years!
The complex is safe and quiet - neighbors mind their own business, people pick up after their pets. Maintenance Team is OUTSTANDING and will do anything to make sure that they see to your needs

I’ve lived here 3 years and the neighborhood just keeps getting better. I love how quiet it is and the beautiful courtyards. There is so much wildlife around the lake and the best view. The managers in the office are really sweet and always happy to help. Every maintenance request I’ve needed to put in has been fixed either the same day or the day after. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and the dog park is huge. I could go on and on about this neighborhood, I’ll highly recommend moving into emerald lakes.

There so rude there some of them need a slap across the mouth and there house keepers well my dog cleans better and she doesn't stink

Quite environment, our neighbors are good people and the administration do everything to help if you have any problem. Excellent location near to the college, train station, supermarkets, 15 minutes from the downtown and so close from the beach only 10min away. This condominium is very clean and clear. The only reason because I'm leaving its for job I was relocated to another city to the northern but if I return to palm beach this will be my place to live again.

The best place to live! The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, so clean and have excellent sizes and appliances. The neighborhood are so quite. The management is special and lovely, thanks for all to Dafne and the rest of the team. I would like to live here more time but I've to move to another city, that's the only reason why I'm Ieaving now. I'll hope to come back soon and live here one more time.

I love living here. It's clean, very safe. There is a guard at the front gate and security drives around all night. If you need something fixed they are very prompt on getting it done.
The office staff is always friendly and nice. They truly make you feel at home and important. I will be signing my second lease next month. Most important, my son is happy here!
I've lived in a lot of apartments in Florida since 1999 and I wish I'd found this first.

I've lived in my 2/1 for nearly 3 years and have been very happy with no complaints. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue(which is rare)things have been taken care of immediately. The ladies who work in the office have always been extremely kind and helpful. I feel lucky to have found such an affordable apartment where I feel safe and comfortable.

Not a pleasant experience. The ones who work at the front office need to be trained on how to treat customers current and future ones.
