You get what you pay for, as a single bachelor I don’t need much. This apartment is the first I actually enjoy and felt compelled to decorate for a longer term stay. There are no in unit laundry machines and yes the laundry rooms aren’t spectacular; I’ve never even entered. The 1/1floor plan makes it feel roomy, it’s not a box with adjacent rooms, I can walk to the kitchen and bedroom and feel like I have a substantial private space. We moved in to no hot water. After 6 days of driving cross country and moving our whole house up 3 stories, you can imagine the desperation for a shower. I frantically called maintainence in tears, they were very prompt which surprised me. The issue was solved but only temporarily. Next business day and the issue seems a thing of the past! After being a frustrated mess I can do nothing but praise and appreciate how quickly they handled this.

I called for a new filter and to have a burner replaced. Two maintenance guys showed up changed the ac filter and fixed a fuse on the burner. The plate to hold the burner was cracked and they didn't change it. The service felt incomplete I wish they also changed the plate once there were visible cracks.

I've been there since 2011 .It's been good times and bad but like anything it's life .I've seen three owners and the Maintenance guys have been great I have to move because of our finances this year has hit us hard . Costa del lago has been a good place to live .I'll miss my back yard and water view thank you Costa well miss you.

Do not waist you money here. Maintenance response is quick and ineffective, My refrigerator is on and off for more than a month. I asked for an Update on my contract, none response whatsoever .
Laundry does not work for YEARS , # J, Axon used to do "a cheap pretend fix " ; now Axon even come here anymore; I had sent emails with pictures for the last 3 years , . The change for worse. Roaches, OMG, a lot, no matter how much pest control and clean you do;
My main entrance overflows in every rain, this is for the last 4 years; is so fitly and full of mud always.

Very poor customer service. I have been emailing them multiple times a week at this point about my AC not working in my MASTER BEDROOM. One of the times I called and spoke with Jasmine she did get someone sent out but every time they come they ignore that it is the bedroom and not the rest of the apartment. Maintenance is very nice but I have no way of communicating with him because I do not speak Spanish. Two days ago they sent two people to come in to take the temperature in each room and they left with nothing said. I email the office and get no response in return. So, I heave been here about

First apartment I ever renewed and boy when I tell you I read the refuse and was like let me go see for myself maybe they updated or something ha first day “moving in” roaches in every room crawling from the walls,floor,ceiling you name it. Don’t waste your time or your money like the other reviews said trust me.

Roach infested( its really bad). And it is super noisy ( its like there is a concert outside everyday). they have the worst costumer service especially JASMIN and even the current property manager. their maintenance team is decent but the units are old so you’re going to need them almost everyday. take your time and search for a different decent apt complex.

On my move in day which was 12/27/2019 I saw a roach in the kitchen cabinet. I advised the leasing agent Jasmine to have the apartment sprayed. Needless, to say later that day there was an apparent roach infestation in the apartment. Roaches crawled from the kitchen cabinets, baseboards, stove, wall and even in the bedroom! Not to mention the apartment had a very musty smell. It was disgusting! The manager and Jasmine are aware of the roach infestation and are not helping to resolve the matter amicably.
