The best way I can describe my experience is "no problems". Kaitlin was caring and compassionate, and guided us through writing my wife's obituary and taking care of her final arrangements. Because of Covid, I had to wait for a year to hold the memorial service: No problem. When the time came, she helped plan everything. Refreshments? No problem. Memorial card? No problem. Photo and flower arrangements? No problem. Narrated slide show of her life? Really? No problem: Here's a clicker that will work with your computer. Live-streaming of the service? No problem. I have had quite a few amazing experiences with family & friends who have chosen Fiery Funeral Home for their loved one's services. The staff did everything they could to respect the family's wishes and changed parking and plans to

I have attended two services at Fiery Funeral Home. They are experts at putting the family at ease, and ensuring that all details are taken care of during such an emotional and difficult process. It is easy to see why they have such a good reputation in Hagerstown, not only for the quality of their service, but the care with which they treat each family they work with.

They were called by the Sheriff to pick up our family members body after they passed away at home. We ended up selecting a different funeral home for the arrangements. The body was picked up by the funeral home we selected within about 36 hours. Fiery failed to refrigerate the body properly and now we have to do an immediate cremation because the body has decomposed to the point where the other funeral home cannot preserve the body. I bet if the family would of selected Fiery for the arrangements, the would of properly preserved the body. The stole our chances of being able to have a viewing to
