The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone or marker, or a new device (available spring 2009).

I cant truly put into words how accommodating and helpful the director and owner were through my families time of need. My father passed in October of 2019. The service was beautiful. The atmosphere was calming. I highly recommend this funeral home. These individuals have captured the art of consoling their clients in one of the hardest times you could possibly be going through. If you find yourself reading this I can only assume that you have lost a loved one. I wholeheartedly believe that you are in the right place. Love and light to you. You will get through this!

This is my first time being in need of a funeral home and I can definitely say I made the right choice with Coffman Funeral Home. Mr. Berger was nothing but respectful in our time of need. He was a delight to talk to, and thorough with the explanation of how the process works. I would highly recommend using this funeral home.
