I hired this company based on the glowing Google reviews. Turns out I made a very big mistake. The website promised a whole host of services such as termite inspection, thermal imaging for mold, Chinese drywall inspection, etc. These services did not happen. The inspector started out by using a drone to inspect and photograph our roof. While that sounds efficient, it wasn't. The inspector failed to look at any of the flashings or vent screens and also failed to let us know if we were missing a chimney cap. The inspection said our pipes were pvc but failed to look further or he would've noticed

I had previously put a positive review of Best USA for the inspection of our prospective house prior to purchase. Now after considering how effective it was, I have to change my review from excellent to not satisfied. Andy (who performed the actual inspection) arrived at the exact time if our appointment. He was very friendly and appeared to be "on the ball" when it came to the inspection. I'm very lucky to get a schedule on a fairly short notice and the inspector was already there before the scheduled time. He soon started the outside inspection while we're waiting for our realtor. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable but the very best thing is that his thorough report was done just after a very few hours! Thank you very much
